Ecommerce website developed for Gramag - Engineered Comfort Seating. Gramag is a joint venture between Grammer AG and Magna Seating. The objective of this project was to create a new business to consumer platform through aftermarket online sales of semi truck seats.
I built and deployed e-commerce stores for business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) needs for Gramag in a short 1 month deployment. Continual managed $150,000 in omni-channel sales and product fulfillment has led to customer-oriented optimizations. I also integrated 3rd party API and additional tools for robust data management, marketing, on-site sales, inventory control, and financial reconciliation. The website wss also configured with SEOs intent integrating Google ads and Amazon sales and reviews. Collaborating with the team, there was an easy transition for domain conversions, site security, and staff training.
